Okay here is how I do farming runs and gather items for daily runs from diaries and achievement tasks:
Suggest wearing light stuff to keep energy and if possible use terrorbird for carrying items between banks. Please feel free to modify to fit how you want to to and suggestions are welcome. Also, suggest at low level keep crops and put in baskets or bags to use as payment for farmers to watch your crops saves on you losing them. I also take out my magic secatuers before picking to give better yield. I only use super compost and will tell you how you can get some of this on way.
Start in Mortonyia using my ectophial to tele there - now depending on tasks can visit robin in bar by bank and give bones (unnoted) he will give you bone meal and ectoplasm that you can use for prayer exp - number varies depending on tasks completed. Then I run to farm/herb patch and plant my herbs and pick crops.
Use ring of dueling to go al kahrid to pick cactus spines (used as payment for watching yews) so get these early as you need 10 for each yew tree. Go to bank if needed and deposit.
Tele to lumby get hamper from chef and chop and plant new tree behind castle from there go to with home tele (before used fairy ring or hot air balloon ride).
Taverly has a tree so chop and plant new one. Tele to Fally.
Fally - deposit in bank if need or go to tree plot if have room, chop and plant new tree then hit bank. Use explorer ring or port sarim tele to go to farm/herb patch south of fally. Gather items then go to rimmington to get items from bush by house portal.
Tele to catherby use bank then go to fruit patch and chop and plant new fruit tree - stop by bank if needed to make room - go talk to Ahrein on docks there - get seaweed for crafting (glass) and pineapples for compost or payment to farmers for 2 gp each. Take some pineapples up and put in compost bin to make super compost. Pick and replace farm/herb plot. Go to dock and rent a ship to androunge if cant tele their or use ardy cape to go there.
Androunge (Ardy) - go to wiz to gather pure ess if have cape, cape will also tele you to farm/herb patch or run if needed go back to ardy and bank if have done jade vine can now cut and get farm and slayer experience. Next one is optional if you can't tele to ardy might want to skip for now.
Go to tower of life/monks south of ardy - bush patch. Now two options if have karmja gloves use them if don't tele back to ardy and take boat to karmaja island. Stop by bank and free up space as you need.
Karmaja island by boat - fruit tree patch here and if have gloves can get free pineapples from gardner there.
Karmaja island using gloves - go up ladder run over to General Store (GS) and buy pack of vials with water (herblore) stop by bank go to slayer and get slayer bolts and tips to use for fletching or selling for $. Use cart guy by general store to take you to fruit tree patch by docks get pineapples.
Two options here if have crystal teleport to lleyta use if not go to seers if you have that ability if not keep going down list to next one.
Lleyta (elf) - fruit tree and bank right there as well can recharge crystals as you need short run south.
Seers - if you have seers headband get free flax from geoffery and if you cant fill up coal carts west of seers for free delivery.
Varrock - Bush by champions guild and tree by castle - if have armour stop by naffs to get battlestaffs. Bank and then use tree if completed gnome quests to go to gnome stronghold.
Gnome stronghold - fruit tree, and tree - bank as you need as well. Look below to see where yu need to go next as there are options depending on quests and skills. So take right runes to tele where you need. Go to tree and use it to get to gnome village.
Gnome village - follow elkoy option to fruit tree south and west of exit.
Next part depends on if you have a player house or not but some after it dont so will need to plan before leaving gnome stronghold.
House use tele to canfis - bank if needed and get planks free (construction) from razimere wih tasks completed. If not go to butcher shop and get chicken for summoning (low level).
Tele back to house or straight to yanille - get sand from bert (crafting with seaweed) make air orbs - enchant and put on battlestaffs to make air battlestaffs - good to alch for exp and $.
Take boat to ooglog if can (quest required) get raw meat packs (summoning again) or sell for $.
Now next part depends on slayer and quests - go to edgeville using glory or from house - armour up and use fairy ring to go to phoenix to get slayer exp and quills (summoning). Once done tele where need or go to pictarsis bank. Get lunar if want to do next part or skip.
If have fremmink boots and lyre use free tele to fremminks and take boat to lunar island talk with babba yabba in house with legs and get battlestaffs again. Stop at bank and get items for visting kingdom. Take boat back to fremmink then take boat to your kingdom (weekly) if have completed quests.
Also you can go to lumby if you can go in thieves guild also can do hanky for thieving exp weekly.

Wicked hat - get from taverly - free runes and tele to altars
Evil tree (2 x a day)
Stars (1x a day can turn in rewards) but can do more than just one star a day
